BEGINNER QUILTING GROUP

(FOR ADULTS)

GROUP WILL INCLUDE:

• Introduction to basic skills to begin making quilts
• Instruction from a variety of experienced quilters
• Time to ask questions about your quilting projects

FORMAT:

• September 2023 – June 2024, at the 1912 Center (no class in April)
• Meet from 7-9 pm, 2^nd Tuesday of the month

• Fabric selection/prep            
• Cutting/sewing                 
• Pressing                   
• Triangles                            
• Applique
• Paper piecing
• Borders/sandwiching
• Quilting
• Binding 

GROUP COST AND SIZE:

• No charge
• Group limited to first 12 to sign up
